A multi-agent operating system for Claude Code — 30 specialist agents coordinating across daily shifts to research, build, QA, and ship autonomously. File-based coordination, a cron shift schedule, and a Next.js control dashboard. 2,400+ tasks completed autonomously.

A smart sensor box inside beehives — tracking weight, temperature, humidity, and sound to flag colony problems (starvation, swarming, queen loss) early. Full stack: ESP32 firmware, a FastAPI + TimescaleDB backend, a Next.js beekeeper dashboard, and a bilingual marketing site.
NextDrive App
NextDrive is a B2B MOBILE & WEB APP SaaS platform designed for driving schools. It replaces outdated competitor software with a modern, intuitive UI/UX. Built on Flutter for efficiency, the app provides real-time scheduling, communication (chat), and dedicated views for Students, Instructors, and Admin staff.

The application allows users to instantly pick the color from any pixel on the screen using a magnifying loupe tool. Once a color is captured, the application provides the code in all necessary formats, including HEX, RGB, HSL, and CMYK, facilitating seamless integration into any design or coding project. The goal is to deliver a lightweight, high-utility tool for effortless color workflow.

ChatGPT Instant Checkout integration for e-shops. Connect your WooCommerce, Shopify, or Shoptet store to ChatGPT and let customers complete purchases directly inside AI conversations. First provider targeting Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Germany.

Freelancer & Side Hustle
I actively managed several freelance side hustles during my studies, gaining hands-on experience in diverse commercial environments and validating my skills. This work included providing comprehensive design and optimization support for mid-sized e-commerce platforms, alongside executing high-stakes UI/UX design projects for large companies. This built strong practical skills in client communication, project management, and delivering high-quality visual solutions under strict commercial deadlines.
